I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in New York state. I am also certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trained in DBT, and my theories also include but not limited to: Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative, the Gottman Method and Family Systems.

In addition to individual therapy,

 

  • I have facilitated (private and public sector) and co-facilitated support group conducting adolescent/teen, parent-training workshops, couples therapy, and family therapy.  

  • Extensive experience in domestic violence: Provide individual counseling to adolescents, families, and adults of Domestic Violence, Emotional Abuse, and Psychological Abuse. Assess the level of trauma inflicted upon the victim; conduct comprehensive client assessments encompassing psychosocial assessments.

  • New York Presbyterian Hospital schizophrenic unit
