03 I'm having anxiety attacks about the exam.

That's normal. All the education and training you've completed of course anxiety may set it. This is a big step. Addressing your anxiety is possible - can you practice being a counselor for you? How would you help a client who came to you with the same concern?
04 How well do I need to know disorders?

How would you feel if you went to therapy and your therapist didn't know disorders? This is very important. There is a difference between memorizing and knowing - knowing the disorders is what you need to know to be a therapist.
